Our experiences at the taco truck outside Arclight Brewery in Watervliet have been fantastic. The chicken tacos were delicious, and even when they were closing on our second visit, they graciously let us order, and we enjoyed the fresh chips with flavorful salsa-now I just wish food trucks would come to South Bend!
