• Rib Platter
• Barbecue rib platter - same recipe for over 40 years! Smoked on our open pit for hours and basted with our mild sauce. Gotta have'em!
• Conglomeration Platter
• Conglomeration platter - comes with pork, beef & ribs or yes you can change it up but some items are extra.
• Chopped Pork Platter
• The biggest seller on the menu. Boston b*** slow smoked for 8 or so hours and hand chopped by order. Who knows why they're called butts when they come from the from the front of the hog?
• Banana Pudding
• Maybe if your lucky your Grandma made it like this. Cooked the old fashion way in a double boiler - eggs, flour, vanilla and such. Poured over bananas and vanilla wafers. Yep I'm gonna get some now.
• Fried Chicken Fingers
• I think we have some of the best fingers around. They're fresh, dipped in buttermilk, rolled in flour and fried in peanut oil. Served with our special finger sauce.

The bbq is the bomb but you have a pizza menu hardyhar

Best BBQ in mid Michigan (and probably the whole state). Friendly staff, ample portions and delicious sauces. My favorite is the bbq brisket, the those ribs are too notch also. The ONLY place I go to for BBQ in the mitten.
