We are super excited a Buddy's Pizza opened in Portage MI! We love their pizzas. For decades, our family and friends often shared gatherings at Buddy's in Metro Detroit. However, this visit to the Portage location brought some surprises! After placing our take out order for the family, my sister and I decided to go inside for a drink and an appetizer. Surprise number one was when we ordered the Oven-baked meatballs with meat sauce and garlic bread. Our waitress, Natalie, made us chuckle as she described the hefty size of the meatballs and assured us they were good! She was correct, the dish was fabulous! We both said that we would order it as a meal in the future. The second surprise were the delicious chicken wings that we took back to the house. For all of these years we always stuck with the pizza and salads BC they were so good, who knew that their wings and meatballs were also fabulous! Thanks for both the great service and the awesome food that made our experience so enjoyable! We appreciated it!
