During the January 2020 snowstorm in Midland, I found myself dining at this restaurant as I preferred not to brave the weather for food. The Green Chili Chicken sandwich turned out to be surprisingly large and delicious, although the lettuce was a bit wilted. The mushroom risotto was fairly standard for the area, while the Chicken Swiss and avocado dish was decent but not exceptional - I appreciated the opportunity to try different menu items. The pasta I ordered that evening was truly exceptional, surpassing even the made-to-order pasta I've had at a renowned hotel in New Orleans. The restaurant has a talent for creating impressive pasta dishes that never fail to impress.
