I discovered this food truck at Food Truck Friday in Cathedral Square and finally tried their Red Truck Slider and Kickin' Fries. The burger was cooked to perfection with juicy meat, caramelized onions, and a soft bun, while the fries were crispy and flavorful, although very spicy. Although one slider and fries were enough for a light lunch, I recommend ordering two sliders if you're especially hungry. I was satisfied with the quality of the food and will definitely return for another lunch soon!
