Talked up the walleye for years but never had the chance due to living south. In town for work and a friend's visit, we followed advice from the hotel clerk to find a backdoor entrance leading to a festive bar. Enjoyed the smoked trout dip and pan-seared walleye; light, flakey, and delicious. The overall experience was a success with great food and a welcoming atmosphere.
