05/24/2009 - Unhappy Diner
Ate the Easter buffet and was very unhappy! Selection was VERY limited, food was cold, and the quality was equal the budget "family" buffets. On top of a poor meal, a $19% tip was added for buffet service! I wrote to complain, and Lake City has chosen not to respond. Poor food and no concern for customer satisfaction!
Save your money and go to the large - chain buffet. They have a larger selection and the food is just as good - without a 19% tip!
