During our road trip, we made a pit stop at the Cedar Inn in Blue Earth, Minnesota. The drive-in restaurant exudes a nostalgic charm that we appreciate as fans of classic diners. The service was friendly and the food, including the CheeseCurd Burger and Pink Elvis ice cream, was enjoyable.
