The restaurant offers a serene lake view that may go unnoticed from the parking lot entrance. My date and I enjoyed the sight of geese landing and the picturesque farm scenery across the lake. We opted for a delicious BBQ beef sandwich and a house-made burger, accompanied by perfectly cooked fries and topped off with a slice of fresh pie. The friendly service, reasonable prices, and proximity to the I-35 Hwy 8 exit made it a delightful dining experience.
