Six persons for breakfast at 10:30 AM on June 25th; 3 pleased with there orders, while 3 were not.
Pleased: 2-Hodge Skillets, 1 Pancake.
Not pleased: French Toast with bacon (burnt and not edible). Biscuits and gravy were way too salty. Corned beef hash was way too salty.
Suggest you let the customer add salt as needed; or at least tast what you prepare.
