Very slow service waited 15 minutes and no one in the place then and had to tell them that all my order was not there, then when I got home there was no fries in the bag....mgr was upset that people were coming into the store

I like hardees food usually. when we were going to get a hardees back in rapids I thought it was great. Mcdonalds is good but way overpriced. hardees is usually way less. I went to our new hardees to get my favorite sandwich, bacon egg and cheese biscuit. first it took at least 5 min. to get. it cost as much as mcdonaldes, and it was mushy, undercooked biscuit that looked like someone sat on it. sorry guys. but get the prices down and the quality up.
