Love love love it there!!! Food is amazing and by far the best in town! Can't stomach any other restaurants sushi (besides the coast). Im a complete fan and hit it up once a week during dollar sushi! Yum!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worse service ever. If you want to be frustrated, annoyed, and aggravated, then this is your place. But, not really what I have in mind when I go out for lunch or dinner.

I took a friend there about a month or so ago, she had never tried sushi before. We were seated, and ignored for the following 10 - 12 minutes. The place was not busy, maybe 4 or 5 two tops, that is it.

The waitress arrived with the menus, took our drink order and disappeared again for another century. I noticed my friends hair was changing from brunette to grey....

I placed the order for us, starting with miso soup. The waitress arrived at the table, two spoons, one soup. Sounds like a bad youtube video. I thought it curious that she lacked the talent to carry two soups at once, so we waited a few. Second soup never arrived. I had my soup, while my friend stared longingly. Crows feet now developing by her eyes....

Waitress showed up with our sushi order, removed the miso bowl. I think we are now one hour into our experience and we just began the main portion of the meal.... I made note of a new two top who was seated behind us, they were about 20 minutes until they got served water.

We ate our sushi, which to the credit of the chef, was quite good. Sadly, we would have ordered another round, doubling our overall ticket which was already in excess of $50 (for lunch). However, little miss cant pay attention waitress never bothered to check on us mid way through our meal.

With all this said, ok, maybe I just hit them on an off day. Maybe the waitress was hung over and not on her game.... And I chose to give them a second chance....

This time, there were six of us. Three couples, we wanted to drink lots of beer, have lots of sushi and have a great time. Things went south from the get go. NO, NO SEPARATE TICKETS. What? Really? You mean to tell me, if I sat at the table behind, placed my order, then moved and sat with my friends, I could have my own ticket, but no separate tickets for the same table? Are you high? Six people, drinking beer and recklessly ordering sushi, and, to be coherent enough to figure out who owes what at the end of the meal... It was an absolute disaster.

I just cannot comprehend why it would be so complicated to have 3 tickets for one table, and how that is so different then having 3 two tops. That is what we were, and they couldnt accomodate us.

I work too hard for my money, and I wont be spending another dime at Nara
