As new members of Cedar Hill my family and I were excited to find a Cecil Whitaker's in the area. Unfortunately, that excitement did not last. Tonight we tried to order food from the restaurant, only to have the young lady who answered the phone tell us she "just didn't care" because it was "[her]last night" there.

I went to the location, only to have a man twice my size loom over me and tell me to leave. What?! Why were we being punished because the teenager didn't care about her job since it was her last night. As a local author and columnist I feel it may end up being necessary that I inform the public of this atrocious service, and extremely unprofessional service.
