My family eats here about 5 times year. Mainly take home, and the food is always hot and fresh.
We had a small problem, got the wrong side. Noticed it in the parking lot and went back in. They were very apologetic, and comped us with the side and some additional chicken. As I said the chicken is always good!

60 degrees outside with ac running inside .
Twice requested the cold draft be turned off.
Ignored - very unconfortable and unneccessary
