Pollman's Bakery is an absolute gem with the most delicious treats and incredible service. I can't resist their King Cakes and Dobash cakes - they truly make any celebration special. The variety of goodies, from the Santa Claus cookies to the strawberry doberge, never disappoints and always leaves me wanting more!

Made cake on the wrong day and expect me to pay half price to remake. Never going there again. Something always wrong with the cakes I order.
