My visit to O'Charley's was terrible. As soon as we were seated the server came over to greet us and take our drink order. A couple of minutes later a different server came over to take our drink order. When we told her that our order was taken we overheard the two servers fussing about who's table it was. Fast forward to our meal. my wife received the wrong sides order with the plate and I received the most expensive steak on the menu which I ordered and was looking forward to it. Well my steak was so bad and tough I had to call the manager over to complain and show her the pile of grissle that was supposed to be my steak.. The manager did take the price of the steak off of my bill but still I didn't get a steak dinner after waiting thirty minutes for it. She said it comes pre-packaged and that is how it came. I won't be back.

Food on menu is great. Service not able to handle near full house. Not sure it is the kitchen or the server. No manager visible in dinning area. Sit down at 6:30. Leave the table at 8:00. Will go back again with the hope that service can be improved.
