07/02/2015 - Feeling Conned!
Food we ordered was okay, but the price we paid was OUTRAGEOUS! I blame myself for not understanding the English spoken by the lady taking my order, and for relying on this on-line Menu-Pix document (which is obviously horribly outdated and inaccurate!); however, I was expecting a price tag of around $60 and actually paid $90 !!!!! The quality and portions of the food we got tonight (7/2/2015) from Peking Restaurant in Mobile, AL at Hillcrest Road was absolutely NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID FOR IT! Also, when I called the restaurant back to try to understand the reason for the unexpectedly higher price difference, the woman I spoke with (again, her speech was so difficult to understand that I could not decipher her name) was basically indifferent and adamant that they were in no way responsible for huge variation between what was online and actually charged and that they could do nothing about it, Interesting FYI...they didn't even have a printed menu available when the order was picked up. Hmmm, wonder why?
