Food wasn't fresh, the manager was stingy with the sauces, and the wait time was long (which would've been fine had the food been FRESH).

Been awhile since eating at Catfish King but remember having some good meals here. But my wife and I tried this place this past week. The minute the waitress placed my plate in front of me, It seemed something was missing. I mean it just didn't look as full as it has in the past. One thing: the hushpuppies (believe it or not) are shorter in length. And the catfish....well on my first bite, I noticed no meat...just a hollow tube of crust. It was such a disappointment! On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the greatest) , I would have to rate this meal a 4. Now the salad bar was GREAT and the service was GREAT but work needs to be done on the main meal....more meat in the catfish strips....not air!
