I ordered 3 pds of crawfish and it was brought to me cold while others at my table had warm crawfish. The only thing that was slightly warm was the corn and potatoes. My server must have had too many tables to attend to because after trying to get her a attention for over 25 minutes a different server finally came to my table to listen to my concern. Even when I told another server about this issue I still had to tell another completely different server my issue before getting the manager. My server who barely attended to us told the manager we let our food sit before telling her anything when she never really came back to our table. Then the manager said there was nothing he could do and wouldn't bring me anymore crawfish or adjust my ticket. And to top it all off later that night I had food poisoning because the few pieces I had of my friends crawfish was still not that hot. We realized they cooked the crawfish early and just put it in a regular bin instead of cooking it fresh to order. I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!

My husband just went and waited for 5 minutes without anyone helping him. They were "visiting" with a table of people. Defiantly not a way to run a business. Won't go back.
