Recently, I tried a new restaurant that now offers a vegan menu. I ordered a spring roll, tofu curry with fried sweet spinach, and a side salad, followed by fried banana for dessert. The tofu curry had a surprising buttery taste, which made me curious about its ingredients; next time, I will inquire before ordering. The service was quick and efficient for my takeout orders, and the vegan dish with crispy spinach and tofu in peanut sauce was exceptionally delicious.
