I just discovered their bakery after years of loving their breads! It turns out they've had a public bakery all along, and I found it because my optometrist is nearby. The viennoiserie section is small but amazing - every bite is full of buttery, flaky goodness. They offer a variety of organic breads including sourdough, with plenty of options to choose from. The service is friendly, and they even have a "day old" bread section that's a dollar cheaper, although their fresh bread is already reasonably priced. If you can't make it to the bakery, their bread is available in many health food stores.
