Saint Sushi impressed me with its unique take on sushi that caters to local tastes, offering a fusion experience that may not align with traditional Japanese cuisine. The staff was friendly and the environment was welcoming, providing a comfortable dining experience. While the selection may not be traditional, the beautifully presented rolls were tasty and worth trying for a different sushi experience.
