I visited Nuances back in September 2008, and I'm surprised it took me this long to find out I could share my experience here. The food blew me away, especially the duck foie gras, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Even though our original plans went sideways, that night ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, and I still remember every delicious moment.
