This bakery in Montreal is a total game-changer for gluten and lactose-free treats. Their frozen croissants and pate feuilletí©e are simply out of this world! It's a cozy spot run by true pastry artisans, and the shelves are always empty because everything is made fresh in small batches. Trust me, these pastries are worth every single bite - you won't be disappointed!
