The wines here are truly exceptional, with Cabernets that linger on the palate and a Sauvignon Blanc bursting with crisp minerality, showcasing the unique terroir. Being guided through the vineyards and into the wine caves by passionate and knowledgeable hosts transformed an ordinary tasting into an immersive, educational experience filled with warmth and authenticity. Every sip and scenic moment felt like a celebration of craftsmanship and nature, leaving me eager to return and savor more of what this remarkable winery has to offer.
