I am a fan of Italian wines, particularly those with a Friulian influence, and I appreciate how this Sauvignon Blanc showcases that connection with Calistoga. I was introduced to this wine by Chef Keller from The French Laundry, and it truly lived up to his recommendation. It is a light and refreshing wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes, offering exceptional value for its price.
