I just had the best Pinot Noir ever at a winery that shares its space with Fairwinds in Calistoga, and the tasting room is actually in a cave! Johnny, our server, was super friendly and really knowledgeable about the wines, making sure each of our preferences was taken into account - definitely a memorable experience!
