At a recent catered event, we enjoyed delicious tacos made with fresh ingredients that were flavorful yet not heavy. The chicken tinga, Al pastor, duck, and calabasitas options were all fantastic, catering to a variety of preferences. The staff was friendly and provided efficient service, making the experience even more enjoyable. I am impressed with the top-tier quality of the food truck compared to others I have tried, and the drive from Vallejo to Napa is definitely worth it for such exceptional food and service.
