New to the area and decided to try PJ's Pizza based off of the previous reviews. Quite disappointed!!! We ordered a small pepperoni and a large hamburger pizza. The small pepperoni had 2 pepperoni on it. Yes, just 2!!! BTW - was told by an employee that the MINIMUM on a small pizza is 6 pepperoni. Really, one per slice!!!! The large hamburger pizza had less than 1/4 cup of hamburger on it. When asked by an employee "how was everything"? I told him about my disappointment in the toppings. Instead of asking what he could do to make it better (proper Customer Service), he pointed to the lack of toppings and said "look they are right here". If you have to point out where the toppings are, there is an obvious issue. When I asked for a business card for the owner, I was told first that they couldn't find one. Then the employee with the "award winning personality" grabbed a to-go menu and told me I could call the number on the menu. When asked by another employee if I had an issue with our pizza and I proceeded to tell her about the toppings, "Mr. Personality" then called me a liar. And the Customer Service just keeps getting better! As far as the pizza, it was okay for a "cheese" pizza. They might be good during the lunch hour (not planning on finding out) but I would not recommend a weekend evening. Save your money and go to Little Caeser's. At least they actually put toppings on their pizza's and the staff have a smile on their face.
