25 years ago the little old lady with the beehive hair used to serve THE BEST wheat cakes I EVER ate! With 2 sausage patties, and cup of coffee. One of the things I really miss about Tennessee. I'm sure the little old lady must not be there anymore - she'd have to be well over 100. Maybe they serve the good wheat cakes though.
