Very rude even the Manager rude give you what they want you to have if I am paying my money I want what I ordered this is the worse restaurant in Madison Tn

Been to Panera's all over the U. S. this has got to be the worst. Nasty!

Came in with my wife and kids on a Sunday morning. Floors are dirty, customer service was horrible no one even acknowledged that we were there then someone finally waited on us without any greeting, just "can I get you something."
There was no coffee, finally someone from the back brought some out. No Togo lids for our coffee. I am very very disappointed, it is usually better
