Amigos has always been a favorite of mine, but unfortunately, it's not available on the west coast where I reside. Whenever I'm back in town, I make sure to stop by and indulge in their delicious crispy bean and beef burritos. It's been about 20 years since I last dined at an Amigos, and the flavors still transport me back to my childhood in Nebraska.
