Cindy the waitress is quick, funny, and friendly, making dining a pleasant experience. Although the food may not be exceptional, it's a convenient and satisfying option that beats cooking at home. The prime rib dinner is a great value, but the absence of pickle spears and the additional charge for ranch dressing may be disappointing. The small-town atmosphere of the restaurant in Fernley captures the charm I sought when moving here. The service was friendly overall, but there were minor delays in attending to our table. Despite a slight hiccup with the steak being undercooked, the staff offered to rectify the situation promptly. The restaurant known as "Jake The Snake" stands out among others in Fernley for its delicious food, attentive service, and inviting ambiance. The patty melt I ordered was exceptional and earned high praise even from my discerning parents. The consistent quality of the food and service, coupled with the satisfaction of the dining experience, makes me eager to return for another meal. The salad bar is a standout feature, although the proximity to smoking areas can be a downside. Nonetheless, the restaurant's cleanliness and minimal impact of smoke indoors enhance the overall dining experience. The Saturday Steak and Eggs special offers generous portions at reasonable prices, making it a worthwhile choice for a satisfying meal. The skillets for breakfast are particularly recommended for their size and fulfilling portions.
