Food isn't horrible. But they have a habit of charging one price online, on their own specific site, and when you call it in, they charge more. 6 dollars more for 1 item. Thank god i had my phone on me so i could show her.The girl told me she just hits the button. I agree, Not her fault, but I've seen more than a couple reviews with similar stories. No integrity.

Went there for the first time today. We had subs and they were delicious. Can't wait to try their pizza.

over priced subs didnt even put what we ordered on the subs very dry and just no flavor will never return

Hello , person answering phone was weak minded slow female. If I had been at the restaurant I would have checked for a pulse. She was irritated by questions about steak tip
Steak n chz sub.
Knowledge pertaining to her as well as the cook feeding her answers were more Guess is there anything else. I was seeking delivery to a home less than a minute walk away @ 2:35 pm the slowest time for restaurants she stated it takes 8/10 min to prepare sandwich . She said 30 mins it would be delivered then she said 45mins because the driver just left. All other food I've ordered in the past 3 separate occasions dinning in the food was bland frozen garbage . Rochester has no food worth the price , time or energy. I have never seen a city with such a complete absence of quality food at a reasonable price . Anyone with basic cooking skills a decent location and capital to start a restaurant could make a lot of money while closing down some of these good awful establishments.

Thank you! Day I moved here (2 1/2 yrs ago) a friend sent a pizza. Only order from you since. I am limited in diet and sometimes need an ingredient adjustment which isn't a problem. Excellent food! Recently got a pizza for an Italian friend and she loved it. She's quite a cook herself. During this pandemic your staff is even more appreciated. Again, thank you-

I stopped there and asked for a thin crust pizza and was told they don't make them, as I stood and watched someone stretch the dough to make a calzone. Go figure!
