I recently visited a newly opened establishment in the Derby Courthouse area that appears to still be in the process of setting up. The decor is tasteful, the premises are clean, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Their menu offers a variety of options, including baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, lunch wraps, and salads. I tried the chocolate chip cookie and banana bread, both of which were delightful, making it a promising addition to the area.
