This quaint local diner is an absolute gem for breakfast. The food portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere feels like home. Rich's Mess is a must-try dish that will leave you satisfied and coming back for more.

Love Rich's breakfasts.My husband and I travel from Prospect a few times a week since we found this little place on our way back from DMV about 2 years ago. Simple menu with usual breakfast items plus the specials.Try Rich's Mess. You won't need lunch after that.Great omelettes and sides. Plus the best coffee in the greater Waterbury area! Good service and friendly people.
