If I could give a 0 star I would. I ordered a simple 2 spag. with meatballs, penne w/ vodka, and a personal pizza for my 3 yr old. and they use the slice app. We waited for over an hr and past the time it was said to be delivered and then called in to where with attitude were told it would be another 15-20 minutes for the delivery man who was already in the smoke rise community. We then tried to cancel the order and was told to call slice to cancel it. Which we did and received our refund. Literally the second I got off the phone with slice I received a phone call and it was none other than Kinnelon Pizza and the man goes with an extremely nasty attitude with these exact words "Uh yeah, this is Kinnelon Pizza, Just letting you know I am putting your number up on the board. Don't even bother ever ordering from us again." That is not a way to handle your business or yourself in any shape or form just because you and your staff couldn't deliver simple order for nearly an hour and 40 minutes. I hope you handle your other customers more appropriately and do not go out of your way to harass them too. Pleasant day
