My go-to Mexican spot is the one closer to home, but I also enjoy the Red Bank location when I'm in the area. The ground beef enchiladas with mild sauce always hit the spot, and I'd make a special trip just for that dish. The ambiance is lively, the portions are generous, and the service is friendly - a definite must-try for Mexican food lovers.
