El Sarape in South New Jersey offers surprisingly authentic Mexican cuisine, with rare dishes like lengua and cabeza on the menu. The tacos were deliciously simple, with just meat, radish, lime, and hot sauce - a true taste of Mexico. The converted house setting adds to the charm, and the friendly staff make the dining experience enjoyable.
