The atmosphere at this local spot is always inviting, and the service is consistently attentive. However, arriving early on a Friday evening is key, as the crowd tends to pick up later on. Despite a slight disappointment with the overcooked burgers, the overall experience of this place is warm and welcoming, making it a favorite hangout for me and my guests.

We explored the Salem county and lower Southwest Gloucester county area for years but this Jewell out in the middle of nowhere is totally awesome I ran across this beautiful man fishing off of Route 49 and he told me all about this place I'm so happy ! but I fell in love with him at first sight I have to know who he is

I won't bore everyone with the many negatives from a recent visit,but let's just say they covered enough.That is coming from several,yes several,different parties of people.To start,it was hot AND humid (no ceiling fans even,except for two for the bartenders),my food wasn't prepared as described in the menu,others complained of not getting their complete order,others of receiving cold food,and we all experienced the HORRIBLE service.To top off the horrible service,the female barmaid offered a bad attitude as well.

The people managing this place should be ashamed of themselves.The are taking advantage of the locals because of being the only bar/restaurant in the area.There is no reason they can't step up their quality of food and GET THE HVAC FIXED ALREADY!!!!!!
