Excellent service. Excellent food. Warm friendly atmosphere. The pasta is made on the premises fresh Everything I have tried from the menu is delicious. You can sit back and see that the staff, especially the owner is Sal concerned about how every dish is served. The prices are below average for the area.

La Bella Via is a wonderful, impeccably clean Italian restaurant with a friendly owner and courteous employees. I recently had a small party there and I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the food. The prices were reasonable and the portions were large enough to satisfy the heartiest of eaters. We munched on delicious brick oven pizza, fresh mozzarella with tomato slices, and bruschetta, which was served on crunchy bread. Chicken fricassee was one of our main entrees and it was sumptuous. The attention to details really impressed me and I can't remember anyone ever sitting with an empty beverage glass the entire time that we were there. If you're looking for a five star quality, casual restaurant where you can dine with traditional Italian music playing softly in the background, La Bella Via is the place for you!

We LOVE Bella Via! The food there is always wonderful, whether it's a simple broccoli rabe sandwich or a full meal. Their pasta is made fresh every day and their pizza is one of the best in the area. It's a great place for a romantic dinner with your significant other or a family night out. I've taken my parents, my family and my colleagues there and not a one has EVER had a bad experience. With a friendly staff, large portions of food and a great atmosphere, this is one of the best restaurants in our area!

Service is always top notch (ask for a skriking young man named jason) food is always excellent featuring weekly specials portions are HUGE!!! I always have something to take home with me and its just as good the next day. There even expanding soon to add more seats. Its family run and always a good time nice people great food a must see in phillipsburg
