This place was SO great! The new management is INFINITELY better then the horror before. It is clean and the food is AMAZING!!! It is my new favorite place!!

The worst dining experience ever.
Apparently there are new owners and the reviews that lead us to try Bellisimo were from the old regime.

We had a party of 8. Server busted a bottle of our wine. Didn't seem to care, blamed it on "Cheap wine is hard to open". It was a $40 bottle of Jordan.
2 and 1.2 hours and none of our meals came out.
Maitre D was condescending and careless. A follow up email to their website went unanswered after 10 days.

They should change their name to SPAZZATURA
Italian for Garbage.

My wife and I just found this place and the food is fantastic. Every time I go there I order the Lamb. Prices are reasonable and since it's a BYOB, it's really not that expensive for a nice meal. Highly recommend going there.

We were going to go to our same favorite Italian restaurant in Somerville when someone mentioned Bellisimo. Since we're in walking distance, I felt a bit guilty that we had never been. So glad we went. EXCELLENT! So much food! My veal with dried fruits was incredibe with generous portions. Our appetizer (roasted peppers, prosicutti, artichoke, etc.) was outstanding and fresh. While not packed, there were plenty of customers. We'll go back and would highly recommend it to anyone. Desserts (lemon FRESH cheescake!) was wonderful. Very nice service.

We live in North Jersey and come from a big Italian family where Sunday dinners and food are very important. This restaurant by far is the best Italian food we have had in years. I wish it were closer.
