Well sitting eating my dinner when a guy sitting next to me had a long piece of hair in his rigatoni. Waitrees took hair and showed the owner, came back and stated that the owner said it was a piece of plastic, when in fact it was a hair. Owner did not come out and say He was sorry, instead after the customer complained, the waitress went back in and stated the owner will take $10 off the $19.00 dish because he didn't eat the whole dish. I usually go there 2 times a week and this is the last time i'll be going there, instead i'll travel another two miles and go to Nunzio's Restaurant. Good job to the owner for being so cheap, you just lost one good customer and I am sure the other guy will never go back either
