Service is terrible here. The wait staff have no manners and call ppl stupid b/c we wanted to change our minds and not have hibachi.

The food is great. Service is pretty good.

The service is horrible at EAST. The wait staff stands around chatting with each other and never ask how the food is, or if they can get you anything else. There is never a manager at this restaurant to speak with. We were going here ever week, until we just got tired of the horrible service.
