i heard Bagel America is becoming Bagel Europe or Bagel Bistro or something... why ditch the classic name? I'm not going anymore if it loses its local charm, which it sounds like it wants to. This is really unfortunate to lose such a time-honored breakfast/lunch/hangover-cure joint of Cranford!
