I haven't ever had a bad experience there. I live locally and we go quite often. Try their Prime Rib night they are so tender and tasteful. Enjoy

Had bad experience here on Friday,June 29th,2012. Ate breakfast and within 1 hour had bad case of food poisoning that lasted three days. I approached the owner ( Mr."D.") a week later at his hotel. Although he apologized right away He only listened to my account for about 30 seconds and back pedaled out the door before I could ask him for some kind of restitution. I lost deposit on fishing trip that was cancelled due to the food poisoning. His tack in handling the situation was as bad as the food at his diner.

This is the first place we ate when we were on military leave househunting. From that moment on, we have been loyal customers. I could go on and on about how great the food is, but what I really want to compliment is the owners and staff. The Stafford Diner is one of the places that make Manahawkin a great place to live. They also own the Villagio which is another local favorite.
