As a new customer at the restaurant, I discovered the best Lomo Saltado in Paterson, thanks to the secret recipe passed down by the previous owner. The fried Fish with sweet sour sauce is a must-try, even though it's not listed on the menu - just ask if you're a regular and they'll make it for you.
