Amazing food nice portion, good price & great service

Have ordered in the past several times and was always happy with the food, but I guess since it was Labor Day, all the cooks were off and the order takers were in charge. Ordering Hot&Sour Soup, Szechuan Chicken and Tsoa's Chicken from a Menue that states it's spicy, IT SHOULD BE SPICY. Received BLAND, NO FLAVOR, NO TASTE on all these dishes. Where was the SPICE fairy so that these dishes could have been what we ordered. If we wanted NOT SPICY, we would have ordered food that did not come SPICY. What a complete let down and unpleasant experience. This will never happen again since we have no plans on ever ordering from Hunan Wok again. There are plenty of restaurants that we give us what we want.
