I discovered a Colombian eatery that serves mouthwatering beef empanadas and delicious cheese bread, unlike any I've had elsewhere. Finding parking can be a challenge, but the flavors make the effort worthwhile. The staff includes a charming Colombian lady, and they only accept cash payments, a common practice in Paterson.
