Cafe Panache served up an absolutely amazing meal from start to finish when my boyfriend took me there for Valentine's Day dinner. The food was phenomenal - the clams and mussels appetizer was simply amazing, and the crispy duck for the main course was one of the best I've ever had. The decor was welcoming and beautiful, but the close tables and lack of a liquor license were downsides that detracted a bit from the experience.
